The Mimaki TS5-1600 with automatic media feed offers unrivalled productivity for on-demand textile printing businesses. This dye-sub printer delivers a huge range of short run printing for the production and creation of a broad range of polyester sportswear. The printer is equipped with Mimaki's Bulk Ink System (MBIS) with massive 2 litre ink containers that allows continuous and unattended high quality printing.
The Mimaki TS5-1600AMF is a high-speed printer featuring an array of 4 staggered print heads, each with 8 lines x 180 nozzles. This unique Mimaki technology delivers a maximum speed of 44.4 sqm/h at high speed mode (540 x 720 dpi) and 25.3 sqm/h at standard mode (720 x 720 dpi). The machine includes an Auto Media Feeder (AMF) as standard, which allows the substrate to be fed via a dancer shaft to absorb the web tension discrepancies caused by changing roll diameter during printing. The Automatic Media Feed handles rolls up to a diameter of 250 mm and a maximum roll weight of 38 kg. |
