The CG-100SRII meets the demands of several new markets, including cutting pre-printed transfer media for heat transfer of fashion designs to apparel and cutting inkjet printed decals and stickers. The Mimaki CG-SRII series accommodates these processes with its continuous registration mark detection function for precise contour cutting of nested images.

Even at an affordable price, the CG-SRII series does not compromise on cutting quality. The machine is equipped with the new RSC (Real time Stroke Control) function and Over-cut function. The RSC function detects cutting strokes during cutting and adjusts the strength of the strokes, thus maintaining constant cutting pressure. The Over-cut function overlaps start and end point thus eliminating uncut portions of the media.

Included are FineCut 7 Plug-in cutting software for CorelDRAW and Illustrator for professional sing making and SimpleCut, an easy-to-use application software.

Higher cutting quality with the RSC function

The RSC function detects blade strokes and automatically corrects the blade force even when media thickness or blade length changes. With this function, more precise cutting is achieved.

Over cut function

The over cut function overlaps the start and end points of the media thus eliminating cut lines that are not completely cut.

High speed continuous crop mark detection

An optical sensor enables automatic consecutive detection of crop marks throughout the nested images. Together with the automatic adjustment function, it helps to achieve precise contour cutting.

“Half cut” function

With the half cut function, the backing sheet can be cut, leaving a few connection points, which hold the image in place after cutting. When finished the backing sheet can be easily detached.
